Birmingham, October 12, 2021 – On Device Solutions (ODS), a leading provider of SAP mobile products and services, have recently secured a substantial contract with an Asian oil and gas company.
Following on from a significant bidding process over the last 12 months which included a Proof of Concept rolled out to over 100 end users across the business, On Device Solutions have secured the contract to improve the enterprise mobility and digitise a number of processes.
The client had been faced with an SAP interface that was not user-friendly and they had previously used a number of paper-based systems that were not suitable for data analytics. This meant that data was lost and that there was room for error.
With myJobCard, our client will be able to digitise their SAP Asset Maintenance process and improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
The rollout is affecting the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the business. So will cover the exploration and production of oil and natural gas, transportation of the crude oil, to the production of the finished product.
