Co-Founder and CEO

With over 15 years experience as an SAP architect and consultant, Navdeep realised there was a gap in the market when it came to integrating SAP solutions with mobile devices. He founded On Device Solutions in 2011. Navdeep has designed complex solutions at organisations and is an alumni of Goldman Sachs 10k small businesses programme.

Co-Founder and CTO

Murali has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, 12 of which in SAP technologies. He specialises in solution architecture, design, developing, testing support, and post implementation support.

Co-Founder, Chief Products Officer and India MD

Anup leads our products business and runs our operations in India. He has 8 years of UK-based IT consultancy experience and 15 years of sector experience. He specialises in emerging technologies and mobility solutions.

Kathir leads our Consulting business unit. Kathir has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. He is a highly versatile architect with broad SAP expertise and strong utilities domain knowledge. He has good business acumen and a natural ability to build strong business relationships.

Chief Customer Officer

Raj is pivotal in working with our customers on their Enterprise Mobile, Field Service, Intelligent Asset Management and Business Transformation journeys. He brings over 20 years of experience gained at SAP and Syclo International across EMEA and APJ. Raj’s deep cross-industry knowledge in the Digital Supply Chain delivers real ROI, process improvement and customer success.
