myJobCard fulfils all the basic needs for a Mobile Plant Maintenance solution. It replaces the paper solution and there is no need for a Technician / operator to login into SAP ECC for order/ notification processing. The Dashboard screen is good and informative. The solution can be customisable if needed. The product team is very supportive and flexible. Can work on offline mode and with local language translations.
myJobCard replaces the long and paper based process of Plant Maintenance in ERP with simple clicks on the App. Technician gets the full overview of the order details and he can clock his worktime with photos and videos.
