ODS as part of its wider engagement with customers has repeatedly come across the need for a flexible but high-quality architecture functions and the result is our ODS Architecture as a Service (AaaS). ODS AaaS model is extremely simple to understand (refer Fig 2.) and offers considerable value, flexibility and benefits to customers.
Our offering is unique in its ability to bring in wider industry expertise using lessons learnt, best practices, frameworks/accelerators, technology/innovations and domain knowledge. Our team works with all critical stakeholders of the customers to include business priorities/strategy, in-house architecture frameworks, involve IT and architecture team and factor programme/project-specific requirements. These are thoroughly analysed, and the findings and recommendations are reflected in key architectural artefacts and deliverables.
